Excursion to the mountain above Planeil/ Planol with a beautiful panorama.
Starting point of this tour is the village Planeil/ Planol (1,604 m). Following the steep trail past the church, which leads to the last farm at the end of the village. There, following the hiking trail no. 10, the Planeileralm alpine pasture is reached via a steep trail through an enchanting larch forest. The further way runs along a forest trail up to Kofelboden (2,600 m). The mountain tour is rewarded with an impressive view of Reschenpass/ Passo Resia, Piz Sesvenna, the Stilfserjoch/ Passo Stelvio and the Ortles. The way back is along the same route.
